Brokers who complete our claim and verification process receive a Verified indicator, meaning they have reviewed and submitted listing information through our process. Even for Verified listings, we do not independently audit every statement — you should confirm important details with the broker directly.

Your dealings with any broker (including via leads introduced through the Site) are solely between you and that broker. We are not responsible for their conduct, advice, approvals, fees, or documentation.

Blog and editorial content

Articles on our blog are produced using AI-assisted research and drafting, then reviewed by our team before publication. That process helps us publish guides at scale; it does not replace professional advice. Blog posts are general information only, may contain errors or become out of date, and are not tailored to your situation. Always confirm facts with a qualified broker or adviser before acting.

Enquiries and consent
